Why is pricing in Naira?
Your revenue is in Naira; your reconciliation bill should be too. Naira is the contracted unit, so there is no FX surprise on your monthly invoice. International customers can pay in USD at the rate locked when the contract is signed.
Do you support payment by bank transfer or USSD?
Yes. Billing runs through Paystack, so you can pay by card, bank transfer, or USSD — whatever your finance team already uses.
What counts as a transaction?
One ingested record from one source. A payment that appears in Paystack and again in your bank statement is two transactions — matching them into one is Tallyrail's job.
What is the launch pricing lock?
The first ten customers keep their tier price for as long as they stay subscribed — no increases, ever, even as list prices change.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes. Pay annually and two months are free — a 16.7% saving. The Naira price is locked for the contract term.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access. A card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
What happens at the end of my trial?
On day 14 the card on file is charged for the tier you chose and your subscription becomes active. We email you three days before, so the date and the amount are never a surprise.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes — when the trial ends, the card on file is charged for the plan you selected, then monthly after that. You can switch tiers or cancel before any charge.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Anytime before day 14, from your billing settings — your card is never charged. We ask one quick question about why, and that's it.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel anytime, no lock-in. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; we retain your data for 90 days after cancellation.
